New Hampshire Housing Choice Voucher

Looking for more information from NH investors in the HCV program. Curious of how the state breaks down bedroom to rental value?  I have only been able to find HCV rental values that were equated with income percentages.   Let me know if I’m off base  or if you have personal experience with these investment in NH.  Thank you!
