Wholesaling Multi-family Properties

Hey! So I've flipped a few houses but I'm basically a real estate newb. In the process of looking for deals and investors/partners I hit up and old friend. This guy is looking to basically flip or brrr Multi-family properties. He's interested in the market I'm involved in he told me if I find deals I can wholesale for him. This is exciting for me but also I feel like I'm jumping in the deepend without knowing how to swim. I would love to hear your thoughts on wholesaling for multi-family. How is it different than single family, where to look for deals, etc. I look forward to hearing from you! thanks.

Spencer
