Looking for Realtors +/or student housing investors in Denton TX

Hi,

I'm a new BP member and former UNT student and I'm hoping to connect with any Realtors and/or Investors who take SFR and market them to students (either coming out of the dorms or Grad students). The room by room rent approach seems to make a lot more sense cash-flow wise than marketing to families as long as the repairs and maintenance don't spiral out of control.

I've reached out out to a couple of people through the networking side of BP and haven't got much back. 

I'm looking forward to talking to anyone in the area.
