Zillow's iBusiness. Any Flippers Worried / Affected?

Curious if any flippers have felt the affect of Zillow's iBusiness model.  Are they scooping up houses left and right, making it tougher for people of the BP to find the deals they want?

For context, Zillow's iBusiness is essentially the company's own internal flipping initiative, where they are buying homes quickly for sellers, updating them and then attempting to sell them for profit. (Think they should've name the division Flippow...)

Also, is this at all sustainable?  Apparently Zillow is running a loss in resale, and the only reason they are running slim profit margins is due to transaction fees.

Would love to hear your thoughts.

Best,

HHH
