Finding motivated sellers with multiple levels of motivation

Hi BP, here is my first question! 

Where do you folks find lists or records that maximize the chance of getting very distressed homeowner records as I want to target only homeowners who have at least 2-3 levels of motivation. I am currently trying to work it out with listsource . com but any help on how to pinpoint distressed homeowners with 2 or more issues would be helpful. thank you for your time in reading my question
