Hi, My name is Sonny  , live in Lodi,CA in San Joaquin County. Rents are getting high. So i was considering getting some sort of pre-qualify and go to county records, and purchase a house, fixer, to live in without paying rent to someone else and get my foot into real estate investment market.My question is what question's to ask at county records to search for property to purchase. And what types of real estate am i looking for, pre-foreclosure, foreclosure, lien sale, defaults??
