I used the wrong contract and it might KILL MY DEAL!!! Pls HELP!

Im almost at the closing table for my second fix and flip...But the Standard Purchase and Sale Agreement  that I used was unacceptable and needed to be resigned-not once but now a second time. The seller is getting antsy and I dont want to have to contact him to resign a third time!!! Is there a Sales Contract that I can use on UGLY and PRETTY Houses in INDIANA???
