I have a property in my own name, that i will be selling in 2020, (i have owned a few years).

Is three a reason or tax advantage to title a property from my own name into my LLC name before sale, and then I will be buying a new property in the LLC name?

cash sale (traditional rental), to new cash buy ( p/t airbnb, p/t primary)..,    NC. Fl..

thanks, Matt

key words and reason:

tax, transaction, legal, wanting to get remaining out of my name, raleigh
