Speaking up and uncovering truths is always the right thing to do. I've actually reached out to Tim Evans and Tony Cook regarding some of the things I've seen in the Indianapolis market. I'm told they will continue to be active in their reporting.
We all enjoy your work! Keep pushin' for goodness!
What else is going on down there?
I like this part "and also lost internet traffic and advertising revenue (to Wise) that otherwise would have gone to Mr. Morris.” Good luck trying to prove that in court.

Find a random guy whose name is Clayton Morris and have him endorse the use of his name.
Funny how Morris wants 1K a day for emotional distress. How much emotional distress money has he paid those who lost thousands through his company?
Oh, right. Only his emotions (and pocketbook) matter. Almost forgot.
Comedy is protected from copyright infringement and so is journalism. As far as wire tapping, undercover journalists do it all the time and run it on national television. That seems to be protected too.
You don't have to look far to realize that this is a compelling story. On the one hand, you have Clayton Morris, debonair, tailored, imperially slim, the good face, the good voice, proper media pedigree, presentable media wife, suavely selling the big-picture dream of hands-off, passive real estate investing for financial freedom to the masses. On the other, you have James Wise, fireplug physique, glasses, snapback, big beard, T-shirt, ill-fitting sweatshirt, massive headphones, scratchy snarl of a voice, immersed in the minutiae of urban real estate investing and the savagery of low-income rental property management.
But the guy the camera loves is demonstrably as crooked as a dog's hind leg, his wife is in it with him up to the eyeballs, and the more you poke around in their business the more it smells. His putative antagonist is widely respected in his professional community and turns out to be the voice of conscience in the mess once you understand its particulars.
And the mess is especially nasty. It seems very clear to me, given everything I've seen, that Clayton Morris has done and continues to do low, deeply dishonorable things. He's a sham, a wet monstrosity that should have never crawled out from under his rock. He deserves nothing but contempt. I hope he gets what he deserves. I can't help but hope for it, and root for Jim.

You know how Clay is trying to get himself declared a resident of PA? I think it's because PA is a two-party phone-recording-consent state, while OH and NJ are not. I think the PA residency is part of his strategy to suppress the phone recordings, where Jim has shown he demonstrably lied through his teeth. I remembered that from when I took Criminal Justice 101 back in the day, maybe 25 years ago now.

CASE UPDATE:
Over the next hour or so I am converting a ton of the recent court filings into PNG images so I can post them here all of you who don't have access to PaceMonitor. Pretty good stuff to chew on.
We've got
- What I have requested from Clayton Morris during discovery.
- What Clayton Morris has requested from me during discovery.
- My response to Clayton Morris' discovery request.
- Clayton Morris response to my discovery request.
- Clayton Morris' efforts to suppress information on his business dealings and this court case from the general public. He has repeatedly tried bully me into signing a confidentiality agreement in an effort to get me to stop publishing the facts of the case and his shady business dealings online. I really think he thinks he can eventually sweep all of this under the rug and keep on moving to new novice investors on YouTube.
Stay tuned.....There is going to be 40+ images of documents coming into the thread over the next hour or two.
I've been spending the day doing my taxes. This will be a welcome break.
:-( Taxes = getting $%&*@$^% by the government
:-) This thread = Morris getting deservedly $%&*@%$&$#

Stephanie Lane, Esq. Is doing a really nice stomp on her opponents' heads. It doesn't help that all they have are spurious claims to begin with. But they'll keep on burying her in paperwork and discovery dumps. Good old Clay is spending the green for the billable hours, after all...
They must be laughing at him as they drain his bank account.
Clayton, in essence, is paying both his and James' lawyers. He just doesn't know or care about the second part yet.
