Splitting SFH, Worth it?
Hi BP,
I have found a few deals in my market that could potentially be great cash flow, but only if the SFH could be split into 2-unit home. Trying to think about this from different angles has brought up a question. Is a fully renovated 2 bed 1 bath SFH hold a higher value than a 2-unit 1 bed 1 bath? I know this will be determined by the demand in my specific market, but in general which would hold the higher equity?
Thanks,
