Happy December, folks.

I am in the process of launching my buying and rehabbing efforts in a new state, (southern California to be exact) and need to hit some numbers goals in a relatively quickly in terms of seller leads. In the past I have spent a ton of money on ads, signs, direct mail, etc. Spent a ton of money on that and don't really want to go that route here. I'd like about 100 good leads from Marketing (I have lists of course). What are you guys doing to get large numbers of raw leads in market inexpensively?

San Diego, Orange County, Inland Empire, Riverside, Corona, San Bernadino markets
