How to get a loan with only Capital and Credit / NO INCOME?
What percent down would I have to put on investment properties to get approved for a loan? I tried doing numbers with an 8% cap rate and 70% of the income allowed to be used towards yours. The percent down comes to about 65% but when I talked to a broker they said it would needed to be in full, I don't believe he understood my question correctly. Any opinions?
