Investing Overseas New Zealand for Australian Investors

Hey All,

I'm brand new to the bigger pockets website however i enjoy the podcast and books.

I'm an Australian and currently have a PPR that I'm renovating and flipping. (its taking a while)

I paid to go to a seminar over the weekend which started as a Rich Dad thing, then turned into a legacy thing then a property school thing.

I'm sure alot of you have attended this where they talk about buying, Rehabbing, refinancing and repeating and basically want 40K to mentor you through the process.

What was interesting is they completely wrote off investing in Australia due to the high prices of houses and the low returns from rent which is correct in my experience. Instead they spoke about investing in UK and New Zealand which have much better returns.

Has anybody invested in New Zealand and achieved success as this is something i would be interested in exploring.

 Thank you,
