Lead Generation Services Experiences

Hello everyone, 

I am an investor and an agent, and I am wondering what experiences both agents and investors have from the different lead generation services out there? There appears to be many options (https://hooquest.com/leads/, e.g Audantic, LeadGeeks, OpCity, Zillow, and many more), but I am not sure which ones to try for both agency and investment leads.
