I am brand new to the real estate world and looking for the best way/ways to get started without much starting capital. I have been looking at $1.00 no reserve auctions on mainly undeveloped land knowing research is key.

I guess I'm asking if this is a good way to start or if there are better ideas out there. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
