Buying house from Offerpad

Posted

My real estate agent tried  to place an offer on a house that is brokered by Offerpad . I have a verified loan from Quicken Loans but the sellers' agent says I must get prequalified by Offerpad first before they can even consider our offer. My agent is confuse and well as my lender. The online application looks like a Mortgage loan application. They are asking for my social security number. I didn't give my ssn. Is this common for Offerpad? Anyone have the same experience with Offerpad?
