Help! First Wholesaling deal . . . .

Hello all,

I am working on my first deal. I had my PSA all ready to go, but the seller wanted to hire an agent. The agent want's to use the MLS standard PSA. Will this still work? Do I just sign each line with my name and then physically write "and or assigns"?

Or is there a special addendum that we use? My state's laws require that we disclose if we wholesale and the original seller has to be aware of the assignment fee.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated and if anybody has any examples I can look at that would be huge!

Thank you!

Gage
