Looking for a Contractor Checklist

Hey guys!

We have run into some issues with a lot of our contractors and so we thought we'd put together some sort of checklist for our contractors to always go through (example: checking plumbing, electrical, etc,) along with a list of what we specifically want them to do on that property. Before making one, I thought I'd ask on here to see if anyone else has created something similar. Thanks!
