6 weeks = 6 plex started on Bigger pockets

6 weeks ago today I found another investor in my home state( Utah) and today we closed on 3 building’s = 6 doors in Idaho with no money out of our pocket by OPM. Awesome day thank you Brandon Turner and David Green for the podcast and support
