OK, TN, or AL turnkey
Hello BP I am looking to diversify into another market.
I am currently in Kansas City Missouri and love it tbut supply is getting short and prices are getting higher.
I’ve heard many people talk about Oklahoma Tennessee and Alabama as having solid cash flowing properties under $100,000. I am looking for a reputable turnkey property for buy and hold. C+ neighborhoods. I am already on the waitlist for Midsouth homebuyers but would love to hear if anybody has any referrals in AL or OK. Thank you in advance
