Looking to network with anyone who is currently or has previously house hacked a fourplex in the Austin market. Currently live in south Austin but ready to make the jump into investing and think the fourplex is a great way to get started. Already have an agent who I bought my current house with but would love to hear from others who are ahead of me in this crazy market.
