How to handle shooting incident When the property is for sale?
Hi, I own a property which has 60 units. There is shooting incident at property. Currently property is for sale. How can I handle it? Do i need to disclose this? I believe we cannot hide this. Some tenants want to move out.is there any thing that i can offer to make them stay?
Thanks.
