Who is buying subject to in PA?

Hey BP!

I have a seller willing to let me aquire his property subject to in Pennsylvania. Plan to sell it on a wrap around mortgage. Looking for anyone who has done deals like this that can point me to an experienced attorney who can provide me with a PA specific addendum for the aquisition/disposition and to do the closings. Thanks in advance for any info.
