Owner Financing / Contract for Deed

Hi BP Members! 

Does anyone have any experience with owner financing, how to find an attorney, things to consider, things to stay away from, etc? I am in Colorado and may have a seller financing opportunity but I have never done this before. The seller still holds a mortgage on the property so I am not sure if this is possible or not? Any advise, recommendations, resources that you have used would be super helpful! Thank you everyone!
