I am a real estate investor

I want to purchase a single family home at Henderson (Nevada)for investment.

I would like to hire a licensed and bonded home inspector and contractor in Las Vegas area.

These persons should provide me 3 references (customers with whom they have worked with). Any recommendation?

Also I am looking for a real estate lawyer in Las Vegas area.

Any recommendation?
