Importance of Staging / Professional Pictures for sale

Hello!

I own a 2Br/2Ba property in Naples, FL and am looking to get it sold ideally before the end of the year. I do not reside in the area so was curious to learn how important the staging / pro pictures. The house is empty and the pictures listed on Zillow are ones that I personally shot, which makes me believe this might be a deterrent.
