Port St. Lucie/ West Palm Beach People Needed!!

Hey Florida People!

What is your opinion on the markets in Port St. Lucie and West Palm Beach? How has your local government treated you and your business? Do you foresee any changes in the next decade?

My parents moved into the area and I’ll be down a lot. So I might as well look into the area for investing. I’m looking to get into short term rentals and gradually move up to motels/hotels. I’ve conducted my own market research but I’d like to get some local opinions.
