Finding financing for commercial property
Hello Bigger Pockets Nation,
I am a fairly new investor and happened to come across an excellent opportunity for a large portfolio acquisition.
I have spoken with a couple lenders and being told that I must put down 20% and have reserves for 6-9 months which I dont have.
Has anyone found a way to make this type of deal work?
Best,
Lawrence
