Investing in Loch Raven Village? (Balt County)

Exploring different neighborhoods in the greater Baltimore area and I’m intrigued by the Loch Raven village area. $250k or less for nice, large 3 bedroom houses, pretty safe neighborhood with decent schools.

Does anyone know this neighborhood? I’m originally from Baltimore but unfamiliar with whether or not there is strong rental demand in the neighborhood. I would expect there’s not, but you never know.
