I have $10k is this enough to get started?

24 years old just trying to make a little passive income. I want to start in the real estate market but I only have about $10k right now.

@Jamin Brandt with 10k I would look to partner with someone. Something I would be cautious of is not having an emergency fund if you invest all of your 10k. I agree with @Daniel Haberkost it definitely depends on what your plans are if you have any so far. You could bring time to the partnership and maybe you can find someone with more funds and expertise!
