The Pre-Foreclosure Game

Toriano Anderson
Posted

The Pre Foreclosure game in Real estate investing is of great interest to me as I find it really puts me in position to help those in adverse situations as it pertains to their home. Now in my desire to help those that are heading in the direction of foreclosure, there must be a time to walk away from a property. What are your thoughts on a property I've acquired that is in Pre foreclosure?
