Best RE investments in Toronto/Ontario for CAD200K

Hello all,

Worked overseas for some time and managed to save CAD200K and I seek some good advice: what is the best way to invest this money in RE in Toronto, the GTA or Ontario? Where do you see "healthy" ROIs?

Thank you

@Mohamed Manfalouti

Are you back in Toronto or still overseas?

If your still overseas a hands off approach will be a pre construction condo or a resale condo.

This is be an appreciation and principal pay down approach vs cash flow

Or maybe a multiplex in southwestern Ontario where you can get cash flow and principal pay down.. but its crucial to have a reliable property manager being overseas

If your in town, on top of what I stated above you can buy a freehold and divided the home into 2 or three units where you should be able to generate cash flow
