Found a great deal- how should I wholesale it?

I found a great deal- C property that needs a full rehab, in a B area (A location, but this particular house is in a sub division of an A+ area). Located in South Florida. I've never wholesaled before - when I started looking into real estate investing I am more looking to get into long term rentals, not rehabs. That being said, as I was looking in the market I came across this gem- ran the numbers and there's a great profit to be made for someone who does flips.

How should I go about wholesaling this?

Property is currently under foreclosure.
