Atlanta REI market - still good?

I am interested in the atlanta market; been looking at the market as a whole but I dont know specific neighborhoods. Does anyone have any advice as to which neighborhood to stay away from and also the better neighborhood I should consider for buy and hold. I am also open to the outskirts of atlanta
