How to Find Recent Foreclosures or Faults on Loans?

I am a General Contractor here in North Colorado and am eager to get my hands on a good piece of real estate locally for either flip or Brrrr. I was talking to a local real estate agent and investor that tells me the public has access to recent Foreclosures and faults on Loans but he wasn't to sure. Is that possible and if so, how do I find them? Thoughts?
