Renting out basement of Primary residence CRA loan

I bought my Primary residence one year ago and have since been renting out the two rooms in the basement. I am looking into refinancing this mortgage now in order to get a better rate and I do have the tenants living in the property. I’m wondering if i’m able to do a loan (CRA 97% loan to value) as my primary residence if I have tenants, I will have to give my bank statements that show the rent income being deposited into my account and i’m wondering if this is something that will disqualify me from considering this as my primary residence?
