Hi,

I am new to bigger pockets + Realestate and looking to buy a multi family for my first property. I understand how to do property analysis but I need help doing neighborhood and market analysis. 

Some questions to consider: What factors should I look for and what steps should I take when analyzing a Market (Marcro) and a Neighborhood (Micro)? What makes an A-D? What makes a neighborhood ideal for tenants?

P.S I intend to create an excel sheet and a process flow diagram to share with the community. Here is a draft I'm working on
