Foreign National Investor Loans--Help!

Hi All,

Lately, we have several South American investors coming into our area to buy for the great cash flow Scranton PA offers.

Over the last year or so, they have been buying for all-cash, but now some are looking to buy with a mortgage, maybe up to 65% LTV. They are NOT Green Card holders, they have no USA income (except for rental income), nor do they have special visas--they simply want to live in their native land and invest here.

Several have established LLCs and bank accounts.  I have reached out to many of my local banking contacts, without success.  Any help from our BP community will be GREATLY appreciated!
