HOA Fees in Foreclosure
Does anyone have experience or Knowledge in the foreclosure process in Vermont and know if HOA fees are the responsibility of a Buyer of a foreclosed Property or if they are terminated / eliminated and NOT carried over after the foreclosure process?
If anyone has an idea on how to research this, that would work as well. Thank you for taking a look
