Philadelphia multi family
Hey,
About to start a few multi family projects and am curious on what the thoughts are with splitting the water. I understand that in Philadelphia water is a lienable utility so it would remain in my name, but was throwing around the idea of sub metering it. Not sure if this is a good or bad idea and also not sure if this helps or hurts when it comes time to sell.
