Canadian Investor Trying To Enter The US Market
As a Canadian investor looking to invest in MF properties in the US mainly Washington, Oregon, Arizona but unable to get a mortgage as I am not us citizen or have PR. What is the best way to go about this issue? Have you dealt with it through partnerships? Looking for ideas on how to overcome this challenge.

I know the Washington and Arizona (and Vancouver) markets very, very well. Your being Canadian is a minor issue if you have money to invest. Yes, you can get a mortgage but it's a little more complicated, not impossible. I'd suggest a Joint Venture instead of a partnership since they offer different advantages and disadvantages. What seems to be the hangup?
