FHFA Announces New Standard Short Sale Guidelines for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac

I mistakenly created a topic last night about supposedly new guidelines for buyers who have a previous short sale on their credit. Turns out that those guidelines, as I suspected and as Steve Babiak pointed out are 2 years old.

Instead I should have posted about new guidelines for Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac borrowers who are now eligible for short sales WITHOUT being behind on their mortgage providing that certain conditions are met.
