Selling a renovated house

Ohad Aharon
Posted

my house has been 100  days on zillow (it is a renovated house from 1960), and other places, still no offers!! I understand it's a problem. I have done one price reduction of 5.5% and still no news. the price seems within the range of prices in the area and like Zestimate. My real estate broker says that there have been just few showings in the last 3 weeks. Since I am a foreign investor I can't come often to see the house and work closely with the real estate broker. He offered maybe to do another price reduction or rent to own. anyone has any suggestions?

Thanks

Ohadarim
