Estimating Rehad Cost
Hi everyone,
I’m a newbie in real estate. At the moment I’m starting my way into wholesaling to gain liquidity so I can do my own flips. I hear a lot of people talk about wholesalers some good and some bad.
What are some ways on how I can perfect my numbers for repair cost on a home? That way I am not way off when presenting this deal to a flipper or a buy and hold investor.
