Rental in Flood Zone, Avoid????
Looking in Conroe TX for some potential investments and coming across quite a few that have flooded. I know you can get flood insurance, but depending on if it has flooded before the premium can be outrageous and it won't cash flow. Also if it were to flood with tenants in it you would have to take care of the tenants??? Curious if anyone has had any experience and can shed more light on the subject.
Thanks.
