buying an auction property with tenant

I just moved here from New York City, after selling

my condo there, I've been watching Auction.com

listings and found one I really want, but am

afraid that I won't be able to evict the tenant.

I drove by the place and the lights were on

along with flower pots outside, so someone

is living there.
