Hey, everyone, I am currently in the process of searching for the first rental property. I want to use the BRRRR process and was wondering if it makes more sense to buy the entirety of the property in cash or should I leverage my money and only put 20% down? In general, which would work better for the BRRRR process thanks for your time have a great day!
