Is a RES2 zoned property inherently worth more than RES1?
Title says it all ... just curious if anyone has any data about the resale value of otherwise identical properties, one zoned res 1, one zoned res 2. Is the res 2 worth more? If so, is there an average percentage? Assuming we are talking about a residential suburban neighborhood with mostly res 1 homes.
