Hello anybody! My name is Mark. I've been wanting to get into real estate for about a year I've been learning a lot but I can't seem to get over the typical "humps" of diving in. I have little to no money. I'm afraid of using hard or private money because I'm never sure if anything is a good deal.

I guess I'm looking for encouragement/advice or a local professional or mentor to help me overcome these roadblocks

Anything helps!

Thanks for reading!
