Hi BP Family,

I'm a newbie here and in the REI space. I want to purchase owner occupied multifamily (3 to 4) in mott haven, hunts point area, due to the proximity to Manhattan. As I mentioned I'm a newbie so I've been on education mode for the last few months. Wanted to get feedback/ thoughts about these and or other neighborhoods that would be wise to look into. Has anyone recently bought in these areas? Where/how can I get a great deal...any creative strategies? would appreciate your assistance🙏🏼
